The PPA is no longer a contract you “close” – it’s a risk machine you engineer.

Join Swiss Energy Law Association (SELA) for our first Energy Lunch of the year on “The evolution of Power Purchase Agreements in a comparative perspective: the Italian and the Swiss experiences”.

As corporate PPAs evolve, so do the contractual tools used to allocate price, volume, balancing, curtailment and credit risk, and to keep projects financeable and executable in practice. This session will offer a comparative discussion of how PPA structures and market practice are developing in Italy and Switzerland, with a focus on the clauses that increasingly carry the deal.

Speakers: Brigitta Kratz (Kratz Legal) and Lorenzo Parola (Parola Associati)
