Governance

The General Assembly is SELA’s supreme governing body. It is composed of all members and meets at least once a year for governance purposes.

The Executive Committee manages the Association’s day-to-day affairs, prepares the General Assembly meetings, and implements the General Assembly’s decisions. It is composed of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary-General, the Treasurer, and other elected members.

Executive Committee member
Moritz Wüstenberg is an energy lawyer working as a permitting manager on large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. For more than five years, he has been employed in a commercial environment, focusing on permitting processes, regulatory strategy, and cross-border energy infrastructure within European and international frameworks. Alongside his professional role, he serves as a Docent (Adjunct Professor) of Energy Law at the University of Eastern Finland and contributes to broader policy discussions on the energy transition.

 

 

Ilaria Dalla Valle

Advisor
Ilaria Dalla Valle holds a Master’s Degree in Law, awarded with highest honours by the University of Insubria, as well as a Master 2 Juriste Trilingue from Nantes Université. Her academic background also includes studies in Swiss law. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics at Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), where she works as a Student Assistant in the Department of Law. Her interests span both legal and economic disciplines, with a particular focus on Swiss, European and international economic law, corporate governance, compliance and energy law.
